These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website, mobile application, and all services offered by Syukur66 through our official platform at syukur66.best ("Platform"). Syukur66 is an online entertainment platform offering casino games, Sports Betting, virtual sports, and related services to eligible users in Malaysia.

By accessing, registering for or using any part of the Syukur66 Platform, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy and all other policies published by Syukur66 from time to time. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the Syukur66 Platform.

Syukur66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page, and the update date will be indicated at the top of the document. Continued use of the Platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To use the Syukur66 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement under Malaysian law.

Syukur66 reserves the right to request verification documents at any time to ensure eligibility requirements are met. This includes copies of identification cards, bank statements or any other documents deemed necessary by Syukur66. Refusal to submit the requested documents may result in account suspension or closure.

Each Syukur66 member is permitted to hold one account only. Opening more than one account by the same individual, whether using a different name, email address, phone number, or payment method, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information that truthfully reflects your identity. Syukur66 will not be held responsible for any issues arising from false, incomplete or misleading information submitted at the time of registration.

• Usernames must be unique and must not contain obscene, offensive or impersonating language.
• Your password must be at least eight characters long, and you are solely responsible for keeping it confidential.
• The email address you register must be active, as it is used for account verification, transaction notifications and other important communications.
• Any changes to account information must be made through the profile settings within the platform or by contacting Syukur66 support.

All financial transactions at Syukur66 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Syukur66 accepts deposits via the following local Malaysian payment methods only:

Minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction. There is no daily maximum deposit limit for standard members, though limits may apply based on VIP tier or verification requirements. Deposited funds will be credited to your Syukur66 account within one minute of confirmation by the payment provider.

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal is RM50 per application.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

The general terms applicable to all Syukur66 bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus carries a rollover requirement that must be met before any bonus-related withdrawal is permitted. The specific rollover conditions are stated in the terms of each offer.
• Bonus validity periods range from 7 to 30 days depending on the bonus type. Any bonus that expires before its wagering requirements are met will be automatically forfeited.
• Each member is entitled to claim each type of bonus once only, unless stated otherwise in the terms of the relevant offer.
• Syukur66 reserves the right to void any bonus found to have been claimed through dishonest, manipulative, or abusive means contrary to the spirit of the offer.

Use of the Syukur66 Platform must at all times comply with ethical and lawful conduct guidelines. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate action, including account closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Money laundering: Using the Syukur66 Platform to process funds derived from illegal activities is a serious criminal offence and will be reported to the authorities.
• Fraud and manipulation: Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs, or use automation software (bots) to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Duplicate accounts: Holding more than one account for the purpose of claiming bonuses multiple times or circumventing restrictions imposed on another account.
• Use of another person's information: Using another person's personal details, payment methods, or identity without their consent is strictly prohibited and may expose you to legal action.
• Abusive behaviour: Any communication that is threatening, offensive, racist or harassing toward Syukur66 support representatives or other members will not be tolerated.
• Use of VPN or proxy: Using a VPN or proxy software to conceal your actual location for the purpose of circumventing geographical restrictions or platform policies is prohibited.

Syukur66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at any time for the following reasons, without being obligated to provide detailed explanations to the member concerned:

• Breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, manipulation or unlawful activity associated with the account.
• Failure to submit the requested identity or age verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• A voluntary request from the account holder themselves.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months.

Members who wish to close their own account may do so by contacting the Syukur66 support team via live chat or email at support@syukur66.best. All valid balances will be processed for withdrawal within three business days of receiving the closure request, subject to the settlement of any open bets and fulfilment of all relevant conditions.

Syukur66 provides the Platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability, accuracy, or uninterrupted continuity of its services. Syukur66 shall not be liable for:

• Loss or damage arising from technical disruptions, scheduled or unscheduled system maintenance, or internet connection failures.
• Unsatisfactory betting or game outcomes arising from valid, certified RNG results.
• Any financial losses incurred by a member as a result of their own betting or gaming decisions.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by factors beyond Syukur66's control, including delays from third-party payment providers.
• Loss of account access resulting from a member's failure to keep their login credentials secure.

These Terms & Conditions and all disputes arising from them shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the applicable law. The official language of these Terms is Bahasa Melayu. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the Bahasa Melayu version and any other language version (if any), the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.

Should any dispute arise relating to the use of the Syukur66 Platform, member accounts, financial transactions, or game outcomes, the following procedure must be observed:

• Step one: Contact the Syukur66 customer support team via live chat or email at support@syukur66.best. Most issues are resolved within 24–48 hours.
• Step two: If an issue cannot be resolved at the support level, it will be escalated to a Syukur66 senior supervisor or manager for review.
• Step three: If the matter remains unresolved, Syukur66 and the member agree to refer the dispute to a mutually agreed independent arbitrator.

Syukur66's decision on all matters relating to the interpretation of these Terms, game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account management is final and binding, unless the appeal channels specified above are properly utilised.
